    Sunset Sole pride ourselves for pretty for the eye but yet comfortable shoes for all ladies out there! When you first purchase the mules, it may feel structured, it will eventually break in and it will be softer. We want all Sunset Sole lovers to love the mules like we do!
  • Are your mules suitable for an outdoor event?
    For outdoor occasions, our sandals are perfect for garden weddings, and our flat mules are a sophisticated option for formal occasions. The stable yet stylish flat mules is ideal for lawns, cobblestone, and gravel.
  • How can I clean my mule after my occassion?
    The mule should be spot cleaned or gently wiped with a professional care.
  • How do I preserve my mule?
    We encourage having a dust bag for each pair for long term storage. However, it is perfectly fine to keep your mule outside without any dust bags as these simple rules are followed: Choose a closet in a cool, dry room. Excesses in both temperature and humidity can discolor fabrics very quickly Make certain to use a padded tissue – not one made of exposed wood or metal. DO NOT store the mule in a plastic bag. The best storage bags are made of breathable, unbleached, and undyed cotton muslin and leave a healthy amount of room for the mule to breathe.
  • Why are some item listed as Pre-Order?
    Sunset Sole provides a personalised craft for ladies. By selecting your unique design preference to your mule size, we will require time to able to piece them together for you!
  • How long is the process for you to piece the designs for each pair?
    Each pair requires time 8 weeks to make. Our bespoke service might take anywhere from 4-8 weeks, depending on the customisation options. We will discuss exact timelines based on your preferences when ordering a bespoke product, and we will keep you updated as your order advances. Because all of our shoes and clutches are handcrafted and all of our decorations are hand stitched, bespoke creations take a bit longer.
  • How long will it take to make my Sunset Sole mule?
    It depends on the embroidery design you choose, hand sewing the laces will take 8 weeks to complete before delivery. Usually mules are ordered between 4-6 months before the event.
  • What is your Express service for rush orders?
    Our express service is being offered to accommodate brides whom date is less than 8 weeks away. We want brides to have the option of receiving their Sunset Sole Mule as soon as possible. Once your order is in our system, our highly skilled artisan team will begin the creation process. Therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery sooner than 6 weeks after the initial order date. *For Express service, please check out "Express service" when making a confirmation order for your pair.
  • Are the mules easy to break in if they are a bit snug for me?
    Sunset Sole carefully chooses the finest Satin and leathers that are really soft and break in quickly, so don't worry if your shoes are a touch tight at first; they will soften over time.
  • Which size should I get if I have wider feet or in-between sizes?
    If you have wider feet or in-between sizes, you may consider rounding up the size. If there is a gap when you wear the mule, do wear heel liners or gel pad for a better fit.
  • What are the sizes available?
    For most of our core collection, we have sizes EU 34 to 41. For sizing guide, click here. If your size is not in stock, please let us know to get into a waitlist for the cut that you desire.
  • How long does it take to ship?
    Please note each pair of personalised orders are made-to-order pieces and require up to 12 weeks of making before delivery. Delivery duration may depend on where you are located. Inside of Asia Up to 14 days delivery Outside of Asia Up to 28 days delivery

  • What happens if the product arrived with defects?
    Sunset Sole team want the best for you so we will check the items before delivery. If it arrive to you with defects, please check if the box is dented as well. It may be caused by the delivery process. Do send it to a cobbler nearest to you to get the defects checked! If the box is not dented, we will check out stocks to exchange a new piece for you. If there is no stocks for the mules you have ordered, we will apply for a full refund for you. Please read through below: .
  • What can I do if I am unhappy with my online order?
    Thanks for letting us know and we always do our best to accommodate all customers. Please note that all our products are made to order and we cannot offer you a full refund. However, we can certainly help you with alterations and make small changes to your mule. Any return or exchange must be notified to us via email within 3 days of receiving your order. Only 70% of total item cost will be refunded. An item can only be exchanged once. Any return or exchange requests must be directed to Hello@sunsetsole.com
